BUYER GUIDE

Information that helps us quote more accurately

Clear technical data reduces matching errors and shortens the quotation cycle.

What information is needed for a railway equipment quotation?

Please provide the product description, drawing or part number, applicable vehicle or equipment model, technical standard, quantity, destination country and target delivery schedule.

Can CRRE source products according to drawings?

Yes. Drawing-based and specification-based sourcing can be organized. Key dimensions, materials, interfaces and standards are confirmed before formal quotation.

Can CRRE support AAR or project-specific railway standards?

CRRE can organize supplier matching around the required standard, gauge, axle load, material and inspection criteria. Final compliance must be confirmed against the project technical documents.

Can mixed spare-parts lists be quoted?

Yes. For mixed lists, an Excel or PDF procurement list with part numbers, quantities and equipment models is recommended.

Can replacement parts be matched from old part numbers or photos?

Part numbers, nameplates and photos can help identify a product, but drawings, dimensions or reliable technical references are normally required for final confirmation.

Does CRRE provide after-sales and maintenance support?

Depending on product type, project location and contract scope, CRRE can coordinate training, maintenance, spare parts, repair and overhaul support through suitable service resources.

How should international buyers contact CRRE?

Send your inquiry and available technical documents to tonylx@126.com. Include the destination country and required delivery date where possible.
